What all would I need to know to become someone to do them test for private industry ?
I want a big S U V to drive around ,to make sure no one is killing us with emissions .

It's a very serious issue, Ron.

Unfortunately world-wide it has become an effective non-debate between the marginalized but EXPERT climate scientists and climate economists VERSUS the INEXPERT but obscenely wealthy and powerful Wall Street, polluter, and politician climate criminals.
