Pro-US and pro-Zionist Apartheid Australia's decision to oppose UN General Assembly endo5rsement of the Richard Goldstone Report on the Israeli Gaza Massacre (1,400 Occupied Palestinians killed as reprisals for ZERO Israelis killed by missiles in the previous year) is utterly shameful.

In this most recent December 2008-January 2009 Israeli Gaza Massacre in what the Catholic Church has described as the Israeli Gaza Concentration Camp, the Israelis killed about 1,400 Palestinians in reprisals for ZERO (0) Israeli deaths from Gaza missiles in the previous year.

Richard Goldstone is an outstanding Jewish South African judge with a fine record in the area of human rights. Apartheid Australia's refusal to support the Goldstone Report is shameful and cements its financial, military and diplomatic support for war criminal, genocidal racist Zionist-run Apartheid Israel -a nuclear terrorist rogue state according to eminent Israeli Professor of International Relations at Oxford University , Professor Avi Shlaim (see "Jewish Israeli Professor Avi Shlaim (Oxford University) slams Israeli "rogue state"": Jewish Israeli Professor Avi Shlaim (Oxford University) slams Israeli "rogue state" ) .

Apartheid Australia continues to horribly abuse its Indigenous Australian Aboriginal inhabitants while supporting Apartheid Israel and its horrible abuse of Indigenous Palestinians.

International Sanctions should be applied to war criminal and climate criminal Apartheid Australia for its involvement in and support for the genocide of Indigenous Peoples:

the ongoing Palestinian Genocide (post-invasion excess deaths 0.3 milion, 7 million refugees);

Iraqi Genocide (post-invasion excess deaths 2.3 milion, 5-6 million refugees);

Afghan Genocide (post-invasion excess deaths 3-7 million, 3-4 million refugees plus a further 2.5 million NW Pakistan Pashtun refugees under Obama );

Aboriginal Genocide (race-based exclusion of NT Aborigines from the 1975 Racial Discrimination Act; 9,000 Indigenous Australians die avoidably each year out of an Aboriginal population of 0.5 million); and

the worsening Climate Genocide that will kill 10 billion non-Europeans (6 billion infants, 3 billion Muslims and 2 billion Indians) this century (see "G8 Failure Means Climate Genocide
For Developing World": G8 Failure Means Climate Genocide For Developing World ).

Everyone take notice. This is what I have been predicting over time. The Western criminal, imperial elites, through their fascist, imperial alliances, are closing ranks with other Nazis, War criminals, Zionist thugs, and Empire asses, in what I called the international, global Matrix of corporate fascism, imperial criminal policies, that ignore treaties, international laws, torture laws, Geneva conventions, Nuremberg principles against Nazi invasions, Zionist fascist War crimes, and occupations.

On the one side are the people of the world opposed to their government Nazi thugs, proto fascist enablers, like Obama, Hillary, and Congress which turns a blind eye to their war crimes, war criminals, Western criminal states and Globalized proto fascism, Nazism to justify double standards, Western thuggish, Fascist alliances, that can only mean a Matrix of Class dictators, police states forming ORWELLIAN LOGIC, to set up their Matrix of Tyranny.

The only way to smash these corrupt Western criminal thugs, is to stop voting for class ideologies, imperial alliances, globalized police Nazi links, by supporting international laws against Nazi Zionists, Nazi American thugs, Nazi Western imperial states and throw their class politicians out on the streets with a world wide alliance of revolutionary social parties, social agendas, international laws that prosecutes these duplicitous class thugs world wide, until Fascism itself and class tyranny are wiped of the face of the earth. Say SIEG HEIL TO THESE WESTERN NAZI THUGS.....THEY MUST ALL BE PROSECUTED IF THEY ARE OBSTRUCTING LAWS.....

So why are we picking on Australia when 18 other countries voted against the Report as well.

Gideon Polya--

The Australian Government is working to make amends with the Indigenous communities. It isn't easy, they are met with opposition from within the communities.

Readers of this thread - Apartheid Australia has race-based laws that specifically exclude Northern Territory Indigenous Australians (NT Aboriginal Australians) - they are forbidden to see, eat, buy, drink, consume, transport, sell things available to all other Australians and can be arbitrarily removed from their Sacred Land, homes and communities and on the say so of White Officials without recourse to law (see "Restoring racial equality in the NT": Restoring racial equality in the NT )..

I do NOT list the views of only one Green MPs in support of my case - there are numerous expert Australian scholars who decry the abuse of Indigenous Human Rights and the appalling Aboriginal Genocide.

Thus, by way of a further example, the Australian Human Rights Commissioner Tom Calma said: "The most revealing indicator that the NT intervention was not consistent with human rights principles was the provision at the centre of the legislative machinery used to support the intervention, namely suspending the operation of Racial Discrimination Act."
(see; Australian Human Rights Commissioner ).

The resolution however was won convincingly with 118 nations voting for the report’s adoption against 18 dissenters. Another 44 countries abstained from voting.

...because who are you going to believe? Those that tell you it didn't happen or your own eyes?

Clearly illegal use of weapons - white phosphorous and tungsten "dime bombs"- by Israeli forces warrants more than investigation - they committed war crimes. Every day they evade the democratic world scrutiny they lose global credibility.

As usual you are trying to create on the surface a pacifier effect with your comment.

The huffington report is from Jan 13, 2009 when the situation was very difficult to see (get access) by red cross or human rights - It was right after operation Cast Lead, at a critical time of 100's injured and suffering, 100's killed and destroyed buildings with 100's trapped or dead and chemicals all over the place.

Neverthless the report refers to people with burns as a result of the chemical

However, Herby said evidence is still limited because of the difficulties of gaining access to Gaza, where Palestinian health officials say more than 900 people have been killed and 4,250 wounded since Israel launched its offensive late last month. Israel says the operation aims to halt years of Palestinian rocket attacks over the border.

Human Rights Watch has accused Israel of firing phosphorous shells and warned of the possibilities of extreme fire and civilian injuries. The chemical is suspected in the cases of 10 burn victims who had skin peeling off their faces and bodies.

There's always something to nitpick though. Chose one word out of the whole idea and scramble up some dissenting opinions as to the meaning of that word and there ya go - the whole point is negated over questioning the semantics of one word.

Is there controversy that the majority of UN members voted to accept the UN resolution endorsing the Goldstone Report which calls for further investigation? No. It's easier to dissemble the main idea by creating controversy with a semantic issue.

The will of the international community is to recognize and investigate violations as outlined in Goldstone. I look at Goldstone as a grand jury whose mission it was to gather facts and evidence of potential violations. This grand jury returned with a report citing significant evidence of violations of war crimes. The UN vote endorses the report.

For Moshawn, Meloney, and the rest of the crew whose past time is bellyaching about Israel but ignoring the worst human rights violators on the planet, including Sudan, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Myanmar, and North Korea:

The only organization that lacks credibility is the U.N.

They've wasted years passing meaningless resolutions against Israel all the while barely lifting a finger to protest countries with the most atrocious track records imaginable.

Ponder this truth at your leisure.

To paraphrase a post from IDF - If Algeria sponsored a U.N. resolution stating that the world was flat and Israel had flattened it, the General Assembly would pass it 140-18 with 26 abstentions.

There is a clear conflict of interest in expecting IDF to investigate itself. How can an independent international investigation be called a charade in the face of such a suggestion?

Simple.

Just read carefully the context of the report, and then look at some of the countries who voted for it.

Charade is being nice.

Idf has been investigating itself for years, probably more than any other force in the world, and that's what's going to happen this time around, and in the future if needed.

Bob Jones - most people don't know this but there have been at least 21 schemes for Jewish colonization of other countries, of which a few were actually put into practice.

2 such race-based colonization schemes were advanced for Australia.

Polish Jewish-origin Australian journalist Leon Gettler has written a fascinating book entitled "An Unpromised Land" ( Fremantle Arts Centre Press, Fremantle, Western Australia, 1993) about the ultimately unsuccessful attempt by Russian Jewish Bolshevik Dr Isaac Nachman Steinberg to organize Jewish settlement of the North West Australian Kimberley region.

Dr Steinberg and his anti-Zionist Jewish Freeland League colleagues felt that colonization of Palestine would be an immense injustice to the Indigenous Palestinian and would cause tremendous problems - how right they were.

While it managed to garner extensive Australian support (but notably not from Zionists), Dr Steinberg's plan was finally vetoed by the Australia Government in 1944 in view of the dangers to Australia from having race-based colonization of a major slice of Australia (and possibly because the British under Churchill had finally decided in 1944 to partition Palestine between the 1/3 minority racist Zionist colonizers and the 2/3 majority Indigenous Palestinians) (for further details see "'An Unpromised Land' by Leon Gettler. How Australia escaped becoming Apartheid Israel"; An Unpromised Land by Leon Gettler. How Australia escaped becoming Apartheid Israel ).

    Peach-1322200--

Australia does not have to account for its actions to any of you busy criticizing it. They know that the Goldstone report is a bunch of lies and they decided to just ignore it. They're free to do so and don't have to explain their reasons to anyone.

I was almost certain that today of all days after the carnage at Fort Hood, there would have been some silence on the part of some posters. But...I was wrong. The big mouths are at it as usual and ignoring the events at Fort Hood. Interesting and very telling...

THANK YOU!!!! What is happening down here has NOTHING to do with the Report that is about the Middle East.

Palestinians have been living in a country called Palestine or variants thereof for about 3,000 years (and more before that).

Under Saladin they defeated Western colonization in the Middle Ages but the combined might of the UK and the US in 1948 proved too great for essentially unarmed Palestinians.

In 1880 0.5 million Arab Palestinians and 25,000 Jews (half immigrants) in the Holy Land.

Zionism involved US- and UK-backed race-based colonization of Arab Palestine that was akin in principle to Nazi German resumption of racist Germanification of Poland in WW2.

For what outstanding anti-racist Jewish and non-Jewish leaders, wrtiers ans scholars have to say about what they call the Palestinian Genocide see "Palestinian Genocide": Palestinian Genocide ).

The only people who would confuse Gideon's load of crap with historical fact are people like you, Bob.

And I'd be remiss if I excluded your kindred spirits Eric Albert, Moshawn, and plenty of others whose knowledge of history consists of nonsense published at U.C. Berkeley and episodes of the Twilight Zone.

Gideon - your arguments are hollow, not to mention incredibly tiresome, and insult the intelligence of anyone with ten living brain cells.

To correct your latest load of nonsense:

Palestinians have been living in a country called Palestine or variants thereof for about 3,000 years (and more before that).

Under Saladin they defeated Western colonization in the Middle Ages but the combined might of the UK and the US in 1948 proved too great for essentially unarmed Palestinians.

In 1880 0.5 million Arab Palestinians and 25,000 Jews (half immigrants) in the Holy Land.

Zionism involved US- and UK-backed race-based colonization of Arab Palestine that was akin in principle to Nazi German resumption of racist Germanification of Poland in WW2.

No country called Palestine ever existed in ancient times, unless you consider the Phillistine cities (Philistia) in what is now Gaza a country. In addition, the Phillistines (largely absorbed into the Jewish population starting in the reign of King David) were not Arabs; they were seafarers from Crete.

Arabs did not invade the Middle East until the 7th century. They controlled what is now Egypt and Israel until the 10th century, at which point Turkish groups starting with the Mamluks gained power.

Saladin himself was Kurdish, not Arab. His army was largely Turkish as well. Not surprisingly, by 1250, Turkish forces loyal to Saladin's heirs took control of Egypt. By 1517, Ottoman Turks conquered much of the Middle East and held Jerusalem until 1917.

Where were the 'Palestinians' during these centuries? In hiding to elude future generations of historians?

FYI, the British basically turned over their infrastructure to the Arabs in May 1948. As soon as Israel declared independence, six Arab armies invaded with the intention of wiping Israel off the map.

Another historical fact you'll never hear from our revisionist in chief, Gideon Polya.

In 1880, the land (still under Ottoman control) was home to a total population of Arabs, Jews, etc. numbering no more than a few hundred thousand. Arab immigration increased in the wake of increased Jewish immigration from Europe, starting in 1881.

By 1900, Jews were the majority of Jerusalem's population.

Another fact Gideon refuses to acknowledge. Shocker.

Then comes a howler: Jewish efforts to organize the modern state of Israel were somehow analogous to the German invasion of Poland in WWII.

Taking that statement to its idiotic conclusion, he'll claim that Jews deported Arabs to concentration camps in the Negev and killed them by the thousands.

    Oh, wait, that never happened.

    Sighs with relief...

I wonder from where this twisted history comes from

During all periods -Sultanah = Empire =kingdom of Ayoubiyan 'Sala el-Din' and of Mamaleek and Ottomani and British whatever it was a conquer or colonialism , Arabs were the people ruled by those comers . They didn,t go anywere

I think you're missing my point, Fada.

Yes, Arabs have lived in much of the Middle East outside of Arabia since the 7th century.

    So far so good.

Then comes a self contradictory statement:

they assimiliated in its societies and they have become the People of Arab States , they didn,t go anywhere ever after

If they (the Arabs) really assimilated into existing societies, calling these places "Arab States" is a misnomer to say the least.

Today, Algeria and Morocco have large Berber populations who do not identify themselves as Arabs.

Iraq has a large Kurdish population that definitely wants no part of an 'Arab State.'

Egypt, Syria and several other Arab majority countries have minority groups who identify themselves as something other than Arab, for example Coptic Egyptians.

So much for the assimilation theory.

As for the second claim, "they didn't go anywhere ever after," is true in some cases but ultimately ignores migrations and upheavals of the last 1,000 years. In essence, it turns a blind eye to history in a vain attempt to recapture the glory days of early Islam (a brief period in the early 8th century when a united Arab empire stretched from Spain to Persia).

Mamluks, Seljuk Turks, Crusaders, and Ottomans did not simply conquer land in the Middle East then send away for mail order brides.

The conquerors' genes found their way into the local population, to put it euphemistically.

I'm simply pointing out the fallacy inherent in the claim "Every part of the Middle East the Arabs have moved to in the past 14 centuries has been an 'Arab state' ever since." That's confusing culture with political control.

All those points you mentiond I didn,t disagree with or deny , they can be attributed to the natural movment of history I mean ''immigration by some people out and in , and assimilation of some invadors , mixed arriage and conversion of some locals , some minorities holding to their ancient belonging...some prefer to join the majority ...extra''....nothing in reality can be called pure race ..there is a people made out of all those descent

This was not what I am responding to , I am responding to some other posts spreading new misinformation and weird statements llike 'Palestinian never existed-''..also responding to your statements :- They controlled what is now Egypt and Israel until the 10th century ..and Saka-el-Din was Kurdish

By wha I call 'history movement'' Arabs of Arabia and Egyptian Copts who converted to islam willingly have become the Magority of Egyptian population...Arab existence in Egypt didn,t end in 10th century with the begining of control by other ethnics like Mamaleek and Ottomani and British...My point is that Palestinian also are what they are since long time . No matter from what ethnics they ar the Palestinian who lived in Palestine for long time before 1948 , and all confusing historical debates are like red herring to deny their right in their homeland

Salah el-Din el-Ayoubi was Kurdish? so what? He was Syrian and part of Syrian minority raised at 'Ayoub community'' They are like all other Syrian minorities . .Aren,t Israeli miorities called Israelis?..or called for their origional countries like Fussioa,Yeme,Ithiobia,....

Moshawn, as one who is quite familiar with the effects of white phosphorus, let my tell you that peeling skin is the least of ones worries. Willie Pete, as it is known in the trade, iginites on contact with air until either the phosphorus or the oxygen is completely gone, reaching a temperature of about 1800 deg. F and producing thick clouds of white smoke. It burns in small chunks and flakes; when one of these comes in contact with flesh it continues to burn into the flesh unless it is isolated from oxygenated air. It is employed both as a smoke/marker and as an incendiary.

I think that the soldiers of the IDF and Hamas know the effects of WP as well as I do. what others do not understand is that as long as the non-combatant inhabitants of the Gaza Strip do not remove themselves from the area of immediate danger then they are wilfully assisting and shielding the Hamas "fighters". That Hamas and other terrorist organizations wilfully expose to the dangers of war those they espouse to protect, they are just as, if not more, culpable for the results.

In practice most Australians I deal with are definitely non-racist on a one-to-one, personal basis - but collectively there is an enormous politically correct racism (PC racism) in which "supposedly decent" Australians simply don't want to know about the 20 million Muslim refugees they have helped generate by backing racist Zionism and US Asian wars (excess deaths 9-11 million in the period 1990-2009) (see "Pro-Zionist Western Genocide Denial" : Pro-Zionist Western Genocide Denial ).

Readers of this thread - there are indeed many Jewish and non-Jewish WW2 Holocaust survivors in Apartheid Australia, but no thanks to the racist Zionists who collaborated wit the Nazis, killed Allied servicemen and opposed haven for any Jewish refugees not involving Palestinian Genocide (see Lenni Brenner. Exposing Zionist collaboration and complicity with the Nazis ).

Thus the racist Zionists opposed and persuaded pro-Zionist mass murderer Churchill to oppose the Joel Brand scheme to save 0.7 million Hungarians Jews (see BRAND, Joel. Exposing Zionist complicity in Nazi mass murder of Hungarian Jews ).

Further, Muslim Australians are overwhelmingly law abiding and pose no threat to anyone. On the other hand, racist Zionist terrorists (I regularly bump into these people) are free to come and go in Apartheid Australia after shooting, shelling, bombing, wounding, terrorizing and killing Australian citizens in the Middle East .

Outrageously, racist Zionist or other financial contributions to the Palestinian Genocide are tax deductible in racist , anti-Arab anti-Semitic and anti-Jewish anti-Semitic Apartheid Australia whereas a Muslim donating money to an orphanage or hospital in the democratically-elected Hamas-ruled Gaza Concentration Camp potentially faces life imprisonment under racist laws in Apartheid Australia.

Calling Hamas a democratically elected government is tantamount to claiming the Khmer Rouge was a back to nature movement that actively encouraged Cambodians to relocate to remote agricultural communes in the jungle.

Any group that assassinates its opponents instantly becomes an enemy of democracy regardless of an election held months before. It renders the group illegitimate and its authority null and void.

Anyone who donates money to a group like Hamas in the hopes they'll use it help an orphanage is hopelessly naive to say the least.

Hamas has spent the last three years smuggling tons of weapons into Gaza from Egypt.

Not food. Not clothing. Not school supplies. But weapons.

Not to disappoint you, Bob but 'Palestine' already exists as a country called Jordan. Yes, Jordan occupies over 3/4 of the land area British Mandate over Palestine, and 70% of its current population identifies themselves as Palestinian.

Once the Jordanian monarchy is abolished, every last Palestinian who wants to live in Jordan will be free to do so. Few if any Jews live there, so the Arabs will have no one but each other to pester.

Readers of this thread - expulsion of the Indigenous Palestinian population out of their homes, land and country in the Holy Land is GENOCIDE.

Sensible, humane Newsviners will utterly reject calls for GENOCIDE (the most serious of crimes) by uncredentialled, anonymous pro-Zionist bloggers and instead listen to the the expert, credentialled, humane advice from outstanding jurists (e.g. Jewish South African judge and human rights lawyer Richard Goldstone) and from outstanding scholars - thus the words of outstanding Jewish American scholar Professor Jared Diamond who in his best-selling book "Collapse" (Prologue, p10, Penguin edition) enunciated the "moral principle, namely that it is morally wrong for one people to dispossess, subjugate, or exterminate another people" – an injunction grossly violated by racist Zionist (RZ)-run Apartheid Israel and its racist, genocide-committing and genocide-ignoring US Alliance backers, including war criminal, climate criminal, racist, and genocidal Apartheid Australia..

Gideon, two points before I move on to a more worthwhile thread.

    1) Being uprooted during a war (or moving voluntarily as the case may be) and ending up 50 or even 100 miles away is barely a refugee crisis and is definitely not genocide. The Arab countries preferred to let the Palestinians rot in refugee camps on their own soil for decades rather than declare them citizens and move on with life. Any excuse to keep fighting Israel.

Of course, these same countries expelled close to a million Jews between 1948 and 1956. Which you would have to call genocide for the sake of consistency. Of course, Israel, which you hate for no good reason, absorbed every last one of these Jewish refugees. Oh the irony.

    2) Screaming 'genocide' every five seconds amounts to nothing more than an argument by bizarre definition when applied to the Palestinians.

I've read Jared Diamond's book and plenty of other books about the Holocaust, Cambodia - you know, actual genocides.

In every case, many if not all of the members of the victims' group were killed. Needless to say, the group's numbers plummeted.

So how is it that in the past 61 years, the population of Palestinian Arabs has quadrupled?

Is Israel biding its time, you know, waiting until its centennial anniversary to unleash some unspeakable horror on every Arab in a 500 mile radius?

    I seriously doubt it.

Not to disappoint you, Jews stole Arab lands, or so says the bible.

Then God told Abraham: "Leave your home and travel to a land that I will show you. If you do this, I will make of you a great nation."

Abraham and Sarah packed their household and moved to Canaan. The Lord told him: "To your descendants I will give this land." This promise was repeated over and over to Abraham, despite the fact that in their 70s, he and Sarah were still childless.

Must be a boring day for you. Basically I am hearing the same stuff from you I have been reading on Newsvine for 2 years. I guess you believe if you keep repeating the same story people will believe in you. Professor Gideon is a breath of fresh air and educates instead of blasting a reader with zionist ideology.

The truth doesn't change with time.

Professor Gideon is a breath of fresh air and educates instead of blasting a reader with zionist ideology.

If you consider lies, lies, and more lies to be a breath of fresh air, that's your problem.

Honest people will tell you that raw sewage stinks; con artists, on the other hand, go to great lengths to convince you the odor is really an expensive brand of perfume.

If an argument doesn't pass the whiff test, I don't buy it.

If you consider the truth........What's wrong with Israel,... apartheid, stealing arab lands and water, preempting wars, shooting reporters, jailing any one who tells the truth, communism, socialism, and all the other things Israel stands for.

Then even the bible states the Arab land theft by the Jews...

Then God told Abraham: "Leave your home and travel to a land that I will show you. If you do this, I will make of you a great nation."

Even their semantics wont cover their ass and lies on this one, but others keep trying anyway.

The Goldstone 'Report' is extremely flawed and biased. Anyone who looks at it as factual is wrong -plain & simple.

most people don't know this but there have been at least 21 schemes for Jewish colonization of other countries, of which a few were actually put into practice. 2 such race-based colonization schemes were advanced for Australia.

I love it when you anti-Semites spew this sort of bs. The world Jewish population is at approx. 2.25%. Oh, yes, run hysterically. Jews are taking over the world! Talk about paranoia!

"consider the truth" - what is wrong with anti-Israeli/anti-Australian/anti-U.S.A. Arabs?

Rather than taking control of their own lives and becoming a great people, they choose to blame everyone else for their problems.

Rather than becoming productive, enlightened citizens of the world, Arabs choose to continue practices of human rights violations again women, children, and non-Arab or non-Muslim people - preferring to live as if it is 100 B.C.

Arab countries lag behind in human rights violations, economic efforts, industry, agriculture, education, and equality for the sexes - attempting to focus everywhere but taking care of their own failures.
